Processing

Every order is lovingly handmade and packed by Molly within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For custom charm jewellery, please allow 1-3 business days for crafting and dispatch. All orders are shipped via Evri's tracked service.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a dispatch email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder just in case!

Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Evri Delivery (2-4 business days): £3.00
• Next Day Evri Delivery: £4.00 (order by 12 pm for next-day delivery, excludes weekends and bank holidays).

International Shipping

• Europe (3-7 business days): £8.00
• United States & Canada (7-10 business days): £10.00

All shipping methods include a tracking number, which will be provided in your dispatch email. Delivery times exclude weekends, bank holidays, and any delays due to customs or courier handovers.
