To maintain your jewellery's beauty, avoid water, sweat, and harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. Always remove before swimming, showering, or exercising. Use a soft cloth to gently clean your charms, and for silver pieces, a polishing cloth can help restore shine. With the right care, your Daisy Mae pieces will be treasured for years to come!

Every order is lovingly handmade and packed by Molly within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For custom charm jewellery, please allow 1-3 business days for crafting and dispatch. All orders are shipped via Evri's tracked service.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a dispatch email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder just in case!

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Evri Delivery (2-4 business days): £3.00
- Next Day Evri Delivery: £4.00 (order by 12 pm for next-day delivery, excludes weekends and bank holidays).
International Shipping
- Europe (3-7 business days): £8.00
- United States & Canada (7-10 business days): £10.00
All shipping methods include a tracking number, which will be provided in your dispatch email. Delivery times exclude weekends, bank holidays, and any delays due to customs or courier handovers.
